GENERAL SUMMARY:
Our hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital offering advanced imaging technology and comprehensive diagnostic services to our rural community in Washington. We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, Fellowship-Trained, MQSA-Certified Radiologist to provide high-quality diagnostic interpretations with a flexible work schedule and no call responsibilities. This position offers complete flexibility, allowing the radiologist to work fully in-person, fully remote from anywhere in the world, or in a hybrid model combining both.

Qualifications
Safety Sensitive per WASB5123: YES
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR required).
Fellowship-trained Radiologist (any subspecialty welcomed).
MQSA Certification preferred (but not required).
Active Washington medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Experience using virtual platforms for patient care and EMR systems.
Secure, quiet work environment with reliable internet (for remote or hybrid candidates)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
Interpret and report on a variety of diagnostic imaging studies, including:
X-ray (Canon), CT (Canon 80 slice), MRI (GE), Ultrasound (Philips), and Mammography (Hologic).
Collaborate with medical staff and referring physicians to provide timely and accurate diagnoses.
Utilize PACS and Meditech EMR for documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
Utilize NovaRad PACS system and Dragon dictation software.
