Position Summary
CBL Enterprises is seeking licensed healthcare professionals to provide part-time medical services to students at the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center in White Swan, WA. Services include general medical care, assessments, preventative health measures, and coordination of follow-up treatment in compliance with USDA Forest Service Job Corps requirements.
This role is flexible, requiring about 100 hours per quarter (400 annually), and is ideal for providers seeking meaningful work with a steady, part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine exams, assessments, and treatments.
- Prescribe medications and administer immunizations as needed.
- Provide follow-up care and coordinate hospital referrals when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records per Job Corps and federal standards.
- Support preventative health initiatives and collaborate with wellness staff.
Required Qualifications & Documentation
- Active, unrestricted Washington State license (Physician, NP, or PA).
- Active DEA registration (if prescribing).
- Proof of medical liability insurance (per FAR 52.237-7, FAR 52.228-5, AGAR 452.228-71).
- Resume (CV) detailing relevant medical experience.
- Willingness to consent to a background check.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $55.00 – $75.00 (based on role and experience).
- Independent contractor (1099).
- Liability insurance required.
