Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Disability Exams for Veterans
📍 Location: Palmdale, CA
💼 Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
💰 Pay: $80/hour | ~$166,400 annually
🕗 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are actively seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our mission-driven team performing non-treatment compensation & pension (C&P) exams for U.S. Veterans.

Male candidates are strongly preferred for this position, due to exam requirements; however, qualified female candidates will also be considered.

🩺 Position Details

Conduct one-time, in-person disability evaluations – no ongoing care, treatment, or prescriptions
Review medical histories and perform structured physical exams
Submit documentation electronically through a secure VA portal
Average of 3–5 Veterans per day
No nights, weekends, or holidays
Start date: ~4 weeks from offer

✅ Requirements

Active and unrestricted NP or PA license (any specialty)
Clean background
Commitment to providing respectful, veteran-centered care
