Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team including RNs, behavioral health professionals, and Medical Assistants
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient care
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid Connecticut medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
