Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality outpatient care in a collaborative team environment
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient care
- Participate in Mentorship, Orientation, and Onboarding Program
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
