We’re seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to collaborate with our lead clinician in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role includes providing care in orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke recovery, and pain management.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.), and chemical hazards.
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
