Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $170,000 to $198,000, based on experience
- Productivity and Quality Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Flexible schedule:
- choose between 8-hour, 9-hour (with every other Monday or Friday off), or 10-hour days (with one fixed day off weekly)
- Limited On Call- Only 2-3 Weeks Each Year
- Supportive, team-based clinical environment with a strong focus on work-life balance
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated treatment
- Provides professional oversight for any advanced practice nurses assigned at clinical location of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement activities and participate in utilization and risk management
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Florida License and DEA License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
