Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Rosebud, SD. This provider will deliver patient-centered care across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, performing assessments, diagnoses, and treatments in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Education and Experience:
- Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
Minimum 3 years of emergency room (ER) experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including histories, physical exams, and diagnostics.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians as needed.
- Provide care in a 20-bed hospital with 36 hours of MD coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage daily.
- Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, and joint injections.
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment, medications, and preventive health.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members for coordinated care.
- Adapt duties as required based on operational needs.

Pay: $80.00 - $83.00 per hour
