We want an experienced, results-driven RN, NP or PA who:

Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, constantly bringing new ideas and innovations. You don’t just want to clock in and out; you want to build something meaningful.
A provider with a personal following OR a proven track record of growing a patient base.
Is confident in multiple aesthetic modalities, not just injectables but also laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, PRP, wellness, RF Microneedling , body contouring, and more.
A patient educator: Someone who knows how to build trust, understands and create treatment plans, converts consultations into sales, optimizes patient results.
Is sales-driven, a provider who knows how to maximize revenue per patient visit while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Is flexible to work Saturdays and expand their schedule as their client base grows.
Someone excited about growing with us: we want an NP who sees the potential to scale their role as we expand.

Experience & Skills Required

2+ years of experience in aesthetics (injectables, lasers, PRP, wellness, body contouring, etc.).
Strong sales and business mindset: comfortable closing sales for treatment plans and memberships.
Ability to combine multiple treatments for enhanced patient results.
Entrepreneurial spirit: actively engaged in growing personally and professionally as well as our company brand.
Active RN, NP or PA license in Washington (in good standing).
Experience with multiple modalities: RF Microneedling , PRP, and advanced skincare protocols is a plus.
Ability to work Saturdays and expand hours as demand grows.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Lead consultations & create customized, high-value treatment plans that integrate multiple modalities (lasers, injectables, skincare, energy-based devices).
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, fillers, Sculptra, PRP, Kybella), laser services, body contouring, vaginal rejuvenation, and skin tightening.
Upsell and cross-sell treatments, packages, and memberships to drive patient retention and revenue growth.
Retain patients and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Proactively grow your patient base: you should be excited about networking, referrals, and patient retention strategies.
Stay ahead of the industry by continuously learning and bringing innovative treatment techniques to the practice.
Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media content, patient testimonials, and MedSpa events.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: $200K+ annually (when fully booked)

Base Pay: $65 - $90 per hour
Highly Competitive Performance-Based Commission Structure
Quarterly bonuses for top performance metrics (rebooking rates, sales volume, patient retention)
