Job Description:
This Advanced Practice Provider will join our team on campus of Sevier Valley Hospital.
The APP will specialize in providing gynecologic patient care in clinic. They will carry their own patient panel, in addition to providing backup coverage for routine and follow-up gynecology visits for other's patients when needed.
The APP will generally work 3 10-hour shifts per week.

What you’ll bring:
Current Utah state license as a Certified Nurse Midwife, APRN or PA
Certification as a Nurse Midwife, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
Utah State Controlled Substance
Federal DEA Certificate II through V
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$51.61 - $79.62
