We are partnering with a respected outpatient primary care clinic in Globe, AZ to recruit a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, permanent position. Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience
- Incentives: RVU-based productivity bonus

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and routine wellness checks
- Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop personalized care plans and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic results
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyles
- Coordinate specialty referrals and ensure continuity of care
- Document all clinical interactions accurately within the EHR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
Candidate Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Note: Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
- Active and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Current or eligible for DEA certification
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred, though not required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient engagement skills
