Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

Overview
A respected outpatient clinic in Kingman, AZ is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team in delivering high-quality, community-based family medicine. This position is ideal for a provider seeking autonomy, patient continuity, and a predictable weekday schedule — all while making a meaningful impact in a medically underserved area.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)
- Bonus Plan: Percentage-based incentive linked to collections

Note: This position does not include a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams, preventive care screenings, and wellness visits
- Diagnose and treat minor injuries and acute illnesses
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Counsel patients on health education, lifestyle changes, and treatment adherence
- Coordinate referrals and ensure follow-up care is completed
- Maintain accurate records within the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Contribute to internal quality initiatives and peer review activities
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Arizona license as an NP or PA
- Graduate of a U.S.-based accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
(Note: Programs based in Puerto Rico are not accepted)
- DEA certification (or eligibility prior to start)
- Able to credential with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial insurance plans
- No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine
