Evolve Med Spa is seeking a Aesthetic Treatment Provider for our Hoboken Location.As an Aesthetic Treatment Provider, you are hands on point of contact for our clients and a representative of our brand and image. You have a passion for medical aesthetics and have invested in developing your skills. You have exceptional customer relations skills and make each client feel special and valued. You develop relationships and rapport with new and repeat clients and ensure their knowledge, satisfaction and confidence in the treatments you provide. You are meticulous about ensuring all procedures, practices, client interactions, and environmental factors unequivocally promote and achieve a favorable client experience. Our Hoboken location is our flagship center with our highest volume. The ideal Treatment Provider should enjoy creating memorable client experiences in a fast paced environment.

This position will report directly to the Center Manager.

Responsibilities:

Performs non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Injectables, Skin Rejuvenation and Laser Hair Removal. Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Administers treatments in accordance with Evolve Med Spa policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
Evaluate client’s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services (upselling).
Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
Perform maintenance checks on equipment to ensure systems are operating appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s electronic medical chart.
Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals.
Travel between locations, as necessary.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license in New Jersey, must be in good standing.
Relevant industry experience preferred, will train the right individual!
Compelling communication skills and sales influencing
Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.).
Warm and welcoming bedside manner.
Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
Highly skilled at prioritizing, organizational efficiencies and multi-tasking.
Exceptional teamwork skills.
Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.

Work Environment:

Prolonged periods of standing and sitting
Prolonged exposure to computer screens and electronic equipment

Hourly, plus monthly bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Saturday hours between 9am-9pm, Saturdays are a condition of employment with Evolve Med Spa.
License/Certification: NP or PA in the state in which you are applying
Work Location: Hoboken, may be asked to travel from time to time
