Schedule/coverage details:--24-hour call coverage
--Monday-Friday: 8 hour shift on site, followed by call
--Saturday-Sunday: 4 hour rounding on site, followed by call
--Low call intensity
Scope of Work:--Case mix: 75% Cardiac, Lung/chest 20%, Minimal Vascular and Trauma
--Procedures: all CT procedures, including vein harvesting
Locums Requirements:--OR experience including endoharvesting of vein and radial arteries required
--First assisting experience required
--Postoperative management and consults experience
--Active Wisconsin license
Facility Details and Support:--Support staff: 1 MD, 1 APNP and 1 RN
--Not Trauma Center
