- Average daily census: 20-25 patients
- APP average census: 10 patients
- Coverage: Day - 1 APP & 1 physician; Night - 1 APP & 1 physician on backup call
- Schedule: 7on/7off schedule
- Shifts: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- EMR: Meditech
- Hospital Beds: 59
- ICU: 8 bed open ICU
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of post-grad Hospitalist experience
- Oklahoma PA or NP license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA
- ACLS & BLS
Compensation
- W2 compensation plan
- Day Shift: $928/shift plus 10% annual QSP bonus
- Night Shift: $1,036/shift plus 10% annual QSP bonus
- QSP (Quality Service Performance) metrics pay is based on metrics established annually, payment is based on individual achievement of the metrics and is paid in a lump sum annually in March
