We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide comprehensive care to our patients. As an NP, you will work closely with our Medical Director to deliver high-quality care, conduct patient education, and ensure accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Take medical histories and perform physical exams
- Order and interpret laboratory studies
- Provide treatment to patients with chronic diseases
- Coordinate patient management and individualize care plans
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and team members
Qualifications:
- Current Licensure through the Texas Board of Nursing OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board
- Valid DEA license
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
