Responsibilities

Provide in-home primary care services
Conduct annual wellness visits and physical exams
Treat patients with conditions like diabetes, asthma, depression, and allergies
Administer flu vaccines

Qualifications

Active state license
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP
BLS certification
Experience with in-home patient visits
Proof of car insurance and valid driver's license
