Nurse Practitioner
Job Type: Full-Time (32hr/ Week) | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mobile healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, in-home and on-site medical care to patients in private residences, assisted living, and group homes. New Grad Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants welcome to apply!
Physical Setting:
- In-Home
- Assisted Living Facility
- Skilled Nursing Facility
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and acute care visits
- Conduct physical exams and review medical histories
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 0+ Years experience as an NP or PA
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Tennessee
- Experience in primary, urgent, or home care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Team-oriented with a patient-first attitude
- Commitment to continued professional growth
