Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in various medical settings, including acute care, emergency medicine, and primary care. The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients across diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions as needed
- Manage acute pain and provide palliative care for patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in critical care settings, including ICU and Level I/II trauma centers
- Utilize EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation and patient management
- Participate in clinical research and data collection initiatives
- Provide triage services in emergency room and urgent care settings
- Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records
Experience
Candidates should have experience or familiarity with the following:
- Hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care settings
- Critical care experience including ventilator management and airway management
- Proficiency in CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and medical terminology
- Experience administering botulinum toxin treatments or dermal fillers is a plus
- Knowledge of infectious disease care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and family planning practices
- Familiarity with clinical trials and research methodologies
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient assessment

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
