The Opportunity
Redwood Orthopaedic Surgery Associates is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our busy orthopedic and sports medicine team. This role is primarily clinic-based and focused on non-operative patient care.
As a key member of our practice, you will:
- Evaluate and diagnose orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
- Order and interpret imaging studies
- Provide a variety of treatments and minimally invasive procedures, including cortisone injections, PRP, hyaluronic acid, shockwave therapy, iovera°, and more
- Collaborate directly with fellowship-trained orthopedic and sports medicine providers

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a California-licensed Physician Assistant with excellent communication skills—not only with patients, but also with providers and support staff—to thrive in our collaborative, small-team environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of internal customer service, a passion for patient-centered, non-operative care, and an eagerness to learn while also contributing ideas to improve patient outcomes and workflows. Experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, or sports medicine is preferred but not required—new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates should have an interest in advanced and emerging techniques such as regenerative therapies, be comfortable interpreting referrals and determining appropriateness for non-operative care and enjoy working with local high schools and junior colleges to support student-athletes both on and off the field.
