Position Overview:
As a Provider, you’ll be the most trusted relationship the patients have in our office. You’re obsessed with getting to the root cause of a patient’s issues, cross referring to other in-house departments that benefit your patients, and a continuous hunger to learn more and bring new, innovative treatments to the practice. You're equal parts patient care and practice growth!
Your Responsibilities:
Patient Care
- Provide holistic, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based approaches that identity and address root causes of illnesses
- Educate patients regarding prevention, health lifestyle choices, and disease management
Professional Growth
- Learn current clinic procedure offerings you may not be familiar with such as hormone replacement therapy, regenerative musculoskeletal injections, Sclerotherapy, and many others based on interest
- Stay up to date with new developments in the functional medicine realm
- Contribute ideas for improving current offers and generate ideas for potential future offers
What You Bring:
- FNP or PA license (active and unencumbered)
- 3+ years of clinical experience (can be undergraduate experience as well)
- A passion for integrative or holistic wellness
- Integrative/Functional Medicine experience or genuine interest to learn
