What You’ll Do as a Physician Assistant
As a Physician Assistant on our team, you’ll:
- Provide direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic conditions in consultation with supervising physicians
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging
- Refer patients for specialty services not provided in-house
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a preceptor when needed
- Uphold clinic safety standards and confidentiality protocols
What You Bring
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and MSN
- Current Oregon license to practice medicine, DEA registration, and CPR certification
- Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Sensitivity to culturally diverse populations
- Professional, patient-centered attitude
- Clear from any State or Federal exclusion lists

Physical Requirements & Accommodations
