HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is currently seeking a Chief of Emergency Medicine to provide strategic and clinical leadership for our 44-bed Emergency Department. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for an emergency medicine physician with demonstrated success in high-volume, high-acuity environments and a commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) Proven leadership experience within a similar ED volume and acuity Track record of team development, quality improvement, and collaborative engagement.
