No experience required. We will train
We are seeking a PA to see patients on their own and in conjunction with our Medical Director and Founder. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, an attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and be coached, and a strong command of medical writing and documentation.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains strict patient confidentiality and has an awareness of the sensitivity of patient information we handle.
Welcomes patients and begins office visit in the exam room.
Reviews medications, medical, social and family histories with the patient and documents them in the EMR.
Reviews chief complaint and presents to physician prior to seeing patient
Assists physician in documenting office visit
Performs medication and food challenges as ordered by the physician.
Assists physician and patient with exams.
Provides patient education as instructed by physician.
Enter prescriptions into the EMR for transmission.
Addresses in-box items in a timely manner.
Collaborates with Prior Authorization and Referral Coordinator when scheduling other procedures, testing, imaging, etc..
