Employment type:

Per diem, hourly clinician role
Casual, per diem employment
8-24 hours of patient care per week

What you'll be working on:

Managing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at a unique employer health clinic
Evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
Managing the testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
Occupational Health clinical experience required
Workers Compensation experience required, including experience working with adjusters, RFAs, AOE/COE, work restrictions, etc.
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an Occupational Health clinic setting
State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a per diem, hourly role based in Hawthorne, CA.

The hourly rate for this role is $90.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
