Job Summary

The Geisinger Bloomsburg ConvenientCare+ clinic provides patients with an alternative to the Emergency Department when prompt intervention is needed to treat worsening illness or exacerbation of a chronic condition.

Job Duties

ConvenientCare+ has much to offer, allowing you to live well in both your professional and personal life:

$10,000 recruitment incentive
Attractive schedule:14 rotating shifts/month (every other weekend), no overnight shifts, and no mandated additional shifts
Can work 100% at Bloom or split Bloom/Selinsgrove 60/40 or 70/30 mostly Bloomsburg
Shifts: 12 hour (M-F) & 10 hour (S-S)
Work autonomously with onsite physician support and limited administrative burden
Support staff: Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs (available all hours of operation), Phlebotomy, Radiology Techs
Specialized Equipment: Telemedicine carts, negative pressure rooms, continuous vital sign monitoring
Diagnostics: X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI
Hospital Admissions: If necessary, patients can be directly admitted to the hospital from this hospital-based clinic
Services: Diagnostics, including laboratory and imaging studies (onsite), as well as various treatments
