Florida medical facility seeks Physician/Family Practice Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed in Florida. Clean and unencumbered license history. Outpatient experience preferred. No sponsorship or visa transfers. No 3rd party vendor referrals, .

* Salary: commensurate with experience plus incentive plan
