Facility Location: Breckenridge Minnesota
Setting: Walk In/Urgent Care with Primary Care available
Duties: 72 hours of Face to Face coverage per pay period as sole provider
Days per month: 14-16
Required Procedures: Routine
EMR: Allscripts/Altera/AEHR
Support Staff: Clinic shifts are 1 provider, 1 nurse, 1 front office
Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave coverage

Facility is a Critical Access Hospital with 24hr Emergency Provider and 12 hr 7AM-5PM Hospitalist coverage. The Clinic operates as a department of the Hospital.
