Job Summary:

Mission Urology, a well-established practice servicing all of Western NC, is seeking a Urogynecology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their group on Mission Health’s flagship campus in Asheville as well as additional regional facilities/clinics.

Qualified Candidates:

Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board
BLS, ACLS certification required
Urogynecology APP experience preferred; and/or urology/obstetrics gynecology clinical rotations

Position Highlights:

Will be responsible for office procedures as they pertain to breast, gynecology and oncology, and post-op
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5 pm and Friday 8 am – 1:30 pm
Must possess excellent clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Clinic responsibilities include seeing new and follow-up patients as well as triaging calls
Interest in robotic surgical assist is a plus, but not required

The team is dedicated to bringing state-of-the-art care to patients, including robotic surgery, urologic cancer care, kidney-stone treatment, female incontinence and pelvic surgery.
