Responsibilities
- Deliver primary medical care with the highest standards and ethics
- Work in outpatient settings with an established hospitalist program
- Participate in shared call rotations with primary care colleagues
- Maintain a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays
- Practice in patient-centered medical homes with CPC+ status
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
